    PRIVACY POLICY

    I understand that Aim Recruit will use my data including CV, bank details and PAYE information in order to process my application and subsequent salary if applicable.

    I also understand that Aim Recruit will not use my data for any other purpose that goes against the Data Protection Act 1998.

    I agree for Aim Recruit to hold my data for a maximum of 24 months

    WORKER AGREEMENT

    I agree to appoint Mann Personnel to act on my behalf, as an employment business, in arranging assignments with Clients. I understand that I will not be charged a fee for this service. 

    The terms herein consititutes contract services between myself and Mann Personnel who will be acting as agents. In the event of me declining to accept any offer of work or not attending work for no good reason, no contract shall exist between the parties. 

    For the avoidance of doubt these terms are not a contract of employment between the client, Mann Personnel and myself. 

    Mann Personnel will endeavor to obtain suitable assignments that match my desired role which is   and otherwise incur no liability if they fail to provide any such opportunities. 

    All payments will be made a week in arrears. Workers will be paid for their services regardless of whether the money is received from the hirer. Unless otherwise agreed, I will not be entitled to payment for holidays, illness, or absenses or for anything else, other than the hours worked. 

    I will agree to cooperate with the following:

    • Accept the direct supervision or instruction from the client
    • Observe rules and regulations of the clients' establishment, premises and people
    • Confrom to the normal hours of work currently in force at the clients establishment
    • Work in a safe manner, using safe practices

    Mann Personnel may, without notice and without liability terminate any assignment at any time. 

     

    I understand that where possible I must inform Mann personnel of any holiday arrangements with at least four weeks notice.
