Aim Recruit covers a broad range of roles within the Logistics and Transport sector. In terms of drivers, we only recruit for HGV1 and HGV2 positions, while other roles include supervisory and management positions, warehouse operatives and non-driving technical roles, such as driver trainers, driver technicians and HGV mechanics.

Before we can begin to process your application, we need to perform two checks; your right to work in the UK and driving licence checks. Both of these checks are legal requirements before you can be entered into our system.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we only collect data to be used for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes. This means that any data gathered by us will be solely job-related information and only if we intend to contact candidates within 30 days.

Any data collected by us will never be shared with a third party and we will seek your approval to process data such as disability information, cultural, genetic, or biometric information, or a background check.

Candidates can access their data and request for it to be rectified, if necessary, while also retaining the right to ask for their personal data to be deleted at any point, something which must legally be completed within one month.

Your CV needs to include a minimum of 5-10 years worth of work history and ideally two references that can attest to your past employment.

In order to successfully complete an application, we require a driving licence, passport or birth certificate and both a CPC card and Digi card.
