JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an ambitious and driven professional to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant, a position with boundless earning and progression potential.
The Role:
- Managing existing client accounts as well as prospecting potential new business.
- Creating your own network of candidates from a variety of sources, including advertising, job boards, and our internal database.
- Building a deep understanding of the Transport and Logistics sector along with skills and knowledge required to succeed in these roles.
- Monitoring candidate applications, ensuring all applications are processed in a professional and timely manner.
- Developing relationships with new clients, understanding their needs, and advising them on suitable candidate profiles and market trends.
The Recruitment Administrator must:
- Have a confident and energetic manner.
- Be confident on the phone.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be comfortable working alone.
- Have great organizational skills.
- Able to use Word and Excel.
- The ability to use their initiative within a varied role.
- Drive to hit targets and be self-motivated.
- Experience in Sales, Telesales, or Recruitment would be advantageous.
The package:
- £35k basic + uncapped bonus. (OTE £65k)
