Full job description
Recruitment Administrator.
We are looking for an ambitious and driven professional, to join our team as a recruitment administrator , as an entry into a position with boundless earning and progression potential.
You will be the voice of the company, the one who “meets and greets”, delivers updates, and manages the workload of others whilst maintaining other general weekly duties. The role will be heavily focused on recruitment and any related tasks.
The Recruitment Administrator must:
- Have a confident and energetic manner.
- Be confident on the phone
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Be comfortable with working alone,
- Have great organisational skills
- Able to use Word and Excel
- The ability to use their own initiative within a varied role
- Drive to hit targets and be self motivated
- Experience in Sales, Telesales OR Recruitment would be advantageous
The role involves but may not be limited to:
- General reception duties.
- Management of Social Media marketing and web advertising.
- Recruitment administration and compliance duties
- Liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers via mail and face to face
- General PA duties
The package:
- £28- £32k basic + uncapped bonus. (OTE £40k)

Pay: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
