JOB DESCRIPTION

The Role:

The fundamentals of the role are to provide efficient and professional administration to help support the business across all aspects.

The role covers Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for driver queries and general traffic queries;
  • Be responsible for ensuring that the info box emails are checked, distributed where required and updated;
  • Be responsible for investigating and dealing with service failures;
  • Ensure that all jobs are closed;
  • Provide customer support and handle inquiries via phone or email;
  • Support the office team with administrative tasks to ensure customer service exceeds expectations through effective communication and achievement of KPIs;
  • Communicate with other depots to develop relationships.

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
