JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform the scheduled professional training
Wear all mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Refuel aircraft in accordance with the safety procedures of World Fuel Services, Airport Authorities, and its clients
Take charge of the depot at opening and complete the relevant documentation
Execute all quality controls (e.g., draining the fuel tank of refueling vehicles and related filters)
Perform all quality controls on fixed depot installations (e.g., tanks, loading filters, and receiving filters) and complete all relevant documentation
Prevent any product leakage/loss and use appropriate means to contain them if necessary
Inspect depot facilities and vehicles, following the current processes (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly, etc…)
Ensure proper maintenance of the equipment entrusted
Consider flight schedules/requests from airlines and clients in general, and ensure refueling according to the established procedures while performing the related quality checks
Be able to navigate the airport and know the location of parking lots, flight destinations, registration, various types of aircraft, and applicable tax treatments
Perform calculations and collect payments for non-credit refueling, being aware and attentive to the different types of fuel that may be required (JET A1, AVGAS, etc…) and refueling methods (with coupler or nozzle) + complete and have the customer complete the fuel request confirmation document in case of refueling above
Complete the delivery document (delivery note) and/or enter the information into the current operating system and related electronic devices
Receive delivery trucks (tank trucks), check documents, verify the quality and quantity of the product, and complete all related documents
Manage delivery notes and related documents orderly (daily report of delivered quantities, inventory management, fuel assignments to each tank) and take charge of them accordingly
Ensure Health and Safety are maintained and respected at all times, including internal policies and the “zero incidents” philosophy
Report to superiors any incident or near incident (Near Miss) or non-compliance with HSSE procedures and/or unusual events and produce the necessary reports
Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of various vehicles/refueling equipment in the fleet (e.g., internal and external washing), and fixed installations, and report any anomalies
When necessary, refuel or power various company vehicles and equipment

Knowledge, skills, and experiences required for the position:
- Hold a valid B + CE or DE driving license and an ADR driving authorization and be able to drive all vehicles in the provided fleet
- Have or meet the requirements to obtain airport access permission
- Have specific training for AV refuelers / Airport safety training
- Experience in the specific sector/role is welcome
- Availability to work flexible hours, with rotating shifts and possible night shifts and/or on-call shifts and to work in a team
- Good understanding of documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively communicate with crews/colleagues/authorities/clients, in Italian and possibly in English and another foreign language
Awareness of the priority importance of Health, Safety, and Environment protection
Employment contract: Full-time
Salary: €2,270.00 – €2,700.00 per month
