We are delighted to announce that Alex Wolfe, MBA, has joined AIM Recruit as a Non-Executive Director.

With an impressive career spanning leadership roles at Blend, Certas Energy, Mabanaft, and Shell, Alex brings a wealth of experience in energy logistics, AI & data-driven solutions, strategic staff development, and sustainable profitability.

A European-recognised thought leader in energy logistics, Alex has led large-scale logistics businesses and managed teams of several hundred people. His expertise in creating purposeful employment and enhancing logistics for customers will be invaluable to AIM Recruit.

Alex holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, where his final project involved forming a fuel company in the Philippines, working closely with government ministers and industry leaders. Additionally, he is a part-owner of the national award-winning Seahorse Nursery.

His connection with AIM Recruit dates back to 2011, evolving from a client relationship to AIM proudly sponsoring the Wolfe Power Club podcast.
