    PRIVACY POLICY

    I understand that Aim Recruit will use my data including CV, bank details and PAYE information in order to process my application and subsequent salary if applicable.

    I also understand that Aim Recruit will not use my data for any other purpose that goes against the Data Protection Act 1998.

    NIGHT WORK OPT-OUT AGREEMENT

    In accordance with the Working Time Regulations, night work is defined as between mignight and 4am for goods vehicles and should not exceed 10 hours in any 24-hour period if night work is undertaken.

    Workers cannot work more than an average 48 hour week or more than 60 hours in any one week. There is no individual opt out from the 48 hour average. The average working week is calculated over a 4 month reference period.

    TEMP WORKER AGREEMENT

    I agree to appoint Aim Recruit to act on my behalf, as an employment business, in arranging assignments with Clients. I understand that I will not be charged a fee for this service. The terms herein constitutes contract for services between myself and Aim Recruit who will be acting as agents. In the event of me declining to accept any offer of work or not attending work for no good reason, no contract shall exist between the parties. For the avoidance of doubt, these terms are not a contract of employment between the client, Aim Recruit and myself. Aim Recruit will endeavor to obtain suitable assignments for my skill set and otherwise incur no liability if they fail to provide any such opportunities. All payments will be made a week in arrears. Workers will be paid for their services regardless of whether the money is received from the hirer. As part of Aim Recruit's payroll processes, it generally forwards payslips to employees in an electronic format via e-mail. In order to make the necessary arrangements I agree that I have provided a valid e-mail address. Aim Recruit will forward my payslips to the e-mail address stated and I am responsible for notifying Aim Recruit of any changes in the future. If I am unable to access the the stated e-mail address for whatever reason, I will notify Aim Recruit immediately and where necessary, a payslip will be provided in a hardcopy format. I understand that if I am supplied with PPE this is at the cost of Aim Recruit and Aim Recruit will not make a claim to recover any costs from the contractor. As an employee of Aim Recruit, I agree to treat my PPE responsibly and to carry out my duties in a positive manner whilst wearing such PPE as I am representing Aim Recruit. If any item of PPE is lost or damaged, I agree to inform Aim Recruit immediately who will re-issue new PPE. If PPE is lost or damaged repeatedly, I understand that Aim Recruit may charge myself, the contractor, to replace such PPE. The minimum rate I can expect to receive for this assignment has been confirmed by the consultant at Aim Recruit. Unless otherwise agreed, I will not be entitled to payment for holidays, illness or absences or for anything else, other than hours worked. I will agree to cooperate with the following:

    • Accept the direct supervision or instruction from the client
    • Observe rules and regulations of the clients’ establishment, premises and people
    • Conform to the normal hours of work currently in force at the clients establishment
    • Work in a safe manner using safe practices
    • I agree to allow Aim Recruit to use the personal details that I have provided to complete a DVLA licence check. Aim Recruit may, without notice and without liability terminate any assignment at any time. I understand that where possible I must inform Aim Recruit of any holiday arrangements with at least four week notice.
